“Savory Delight: Grilled Prawn (대하구이)”

Grilled PrawnsAutumn is the ideal season to enjoy prawns, or daeha in Korean. Spread coarse salt on a frying pan, put the prawns on the salt and grill them. You can enjoy the rich taste and chewy texture of the prawns. The west coast of Korea is the major producer of prawns, and cities in the region hold prawn festivals.
