“My Homemade Diced Radish Kimchi: A Tangy Delight”

This kimchi was made by cutting radish into small squares, salting the squares, and mixing them with seasoning, including red chili powder, green onion, and garlic. You can easily pop some of these bite-size bits into your mouth. Ripe cubed radish kimchi is sour and refreshing.
