In the olden days, this was a noodle dish served to valued visitors at the houses of the local nobility in Gyeongsang-do. The broth is flavored with beef plate and beef leg bone and combined with thin noodles created by mixing soybean powder and flour. In particular, the broth flavored with beef leg bone is light and savory.
