Bite-Sized Gimbap with Stir-Fried Dried Squid Strips

This bite-sized gimbap is made with stir-fried dried squid strips. Small gimbap or “kid gimbap” is made with a laver sheet that is 1/4 the size of a standard gimbap. This creates a bite-sized morsel that is also quite easy to make, as it can be filled with only two to three ingredients. Gimbap can present a wide array of flavors depending on the filling used. This gimbap is made with stir-fried dried squid strips flavored with red chili paste, chili pepper powder, and starch syrup, as well as eggs and pickled radish. It is a winning combination of the savory and sweet flavors from the dried squid strips, crunchy pickled radish, and steamed rice.
