Expressway service areas are home to many beloved snacks. One such snack is the Butter-grilled Whole Potato. Smaller potatoes make perfect bite-sized pieces, while larger potatoes offer a more substantial snack. Potatoes are first steamed to perfection, peeled, then grilled on a buttered pan with some parsley on top as garnish.
