Handmade bean curds are made entirely by hand, from boiling ground soybean to coagulating and pressing the mixture. Golden oak mushrooms have excellent antioxidant, antiviral, and anticancer qualities, while bean curd is rich in protein. Bean curd made with golden oak mushrooms is well fried in perilla oil, parboiled until warm, or served in Soybean Paste Jjigae or Kimchi Jjigae.
